On the no-tech package, you will automatically be able to enter your weight manually. If you've chosen the tech package, you can ask your mentor to enable this option for you. 

To add your weight readings manually: 

  • Go to the 'Track' section of the app and stay on the 'Weight' page
  • Under the graph, you will see the option to 'Add weight manually'
  • Select 'Add'
  • Type in your weight

  • If necessary, you can retrospectively add a weight reading by pressing on the date 
  • A calendar will pop up which allows you to select the chosen date 
  • Press 'Ok'
  • Select 'Add'
