If you have chosen the tech package, you will have received a set of weighing scales that link directly to your account.
If you have chosen the no-tech package, you will be able to enter your weight readings manually into the app or sync them from Apple Health or Google Fit.
To change the weight unit on the scales and set the weight unit in your account:
- Go into 'Settings'
- Select 'Change weight unit'
- Select the weight unit you prefer
- Select 'Done'
Your starting weight will be set on your Monday start date. If you wish to amend your starting weight after that, please get in touch with your mentor. Your mentor will also be there to discuss what a suitable goal weight would be for you. You can reach out to your mentor through the 'Chat' page of the app and select 'Private chat'.
Once you reach your first goal weight, you will be prompted to set a new goal on the 'Home' tab in the app, which can be either to maintain the weight loss you have achieved or to set a new 'Modest', 'Medium', or 'Ambitious' goal. You will always be able to tweak your goal weight after selecting one of these options.
Note: A step by step guide on selecting your goal weight can be found here.
By resetting the goal yourself, a blue dot will appear on the home screen of the app under 'Completed weight goals'. However, if your mentor resets the goal for you, no dot will be added to your profile.
Manually adding your weight
On the no-tech package, you will automatically be able to enter your weight manually. If you've chosen the tech package, you can ask your mentor to enable this option for you. You can add in your weight manually by going to the 'Track' section of the app. Stay on the 'Weight' page and go to 'Add weight manually' under the graph.
Note: A step by step guide on adding your weight manually can be found here.
Delete a weight reading
Sometimes, you might want to delete a weight reading that has been added to your account. This can be done by going to the 'Track' section of the app. Stay on the 'Weight' page and go to 'View all data'.
Note: A step by step guide on deleting a weight reading can be found here.
