If you've selected the the No Tech package, you might be looking to sync up your own activity tracker to your OurPath account to track your steps whilst you are on the programme.
Alternatively, you may have selected the Tech package but opted to use your own activity tracker instead of the OurPath activity tracker.
Please note: if you have selected the Tech package but would like to use your own tracker, please let your mentor know or contact us at [email protected] so we can make the necessary changes to your account settings.
Whilst OurPath cannot sync data directly from other models of trackers, you can sync your own tracker to your OurPath account by first syncing your tracker to Apple Health or Google Fit (depending on whether you have an iOS or Android device).
Please note: some trackers require a third party app, such as Sync Solver to allow their data to be shared with Google Health/ Apple Health.
