If you signed up for the OurPath Tech programme, you will have been able to choose to receive an activity tracker as part of your package. 

To get started with you activity tacker, follow these few steps. 

Setting up your activity tracker 

1. Charging 

Your activity tracker will either have come with a separate USB charger or the charger will be integrated within the strap of the tracker. 

If you've received a separate charger: 

Clip it to the back of the tracker and charge it overnight. 

If you did not receive a separate charger:

  1. Make sure you are holding the tracker the right way up. The circle on the screen should be facing towards you.
  2. Hold on to the screen of the tracker and pull out the top strap of the wristband. What appears is a charging unit similar to a USB stick.
  3. Plug the USB stick of the tracker into a USB port or USB plug. A battery sign will light up on the tracker screen. If no battery sign appears, try connecting the USB stick the other way around. 

2. Downloading the OurPath app

Search for 'OurPath' in the Apple App Store or Google Play store and download the app. Log into your account using the email address and password you signed up with. 

3. Pairing your activity tracker with the OurPath app

  • Go to the 'Track' page in the OurPath 
  • Go to 'My devices'
  • Select 'Pair new tracker' 

You can then follow the on-screen instructions. 

Note: Please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and you have enabled Location permissions for the OurPath app on your phone. 

4. Syncing your activity tracker  

Your tracker will automatically sync whenever you have the OurPath app open and your Bluetooth turned on. 

You can also manually sync the steps from your activity tracker:

  • Go to the 'Track' page in the OurPath 
  • Go to 'My devices'
  • Select 'Sync tracker'
