If you signed up to the OurPath NoTech programme, you will have received your OurPath recipe book and handbook together with some FAQs about how you'll be able to track your weight and steps using the OurPath app.

Once you've downloaded the OurPath app from the App Store, you'll be able to track your weight and step count if you wish to. There are different ways to do this: 

1. Enter your step count and weight manually

You can do this by going to the 'Track' section the app. You can add both your weight and steps together with the corresponding date.

2. Track your steps using your phone 

  • Go to 'Settings'
  • Scroll down to the 'Tracking' heading 
  • Select 'Apple Health settings'

You will then be prompted to follow these steps: 

  • Open Health app
  • Go to 'Sources'
  • Select 'OurPath'
  • Go into 'Settings' on your phone
  • Select 'Privacy'
  • Select 'Health
  • Select 'OurPath' 

3. Using a FitBit 

Unfortunately FitBit doesn’t allow its data to be shared with the OurPath app. You can however enter in your steps from your FitBit manually at the end of each day. Alternatively, you can purchase apps such as 'SyncSolver' from the app store. 

4. Using a Garmin watch 

You can sync your Garmin through Apple Health. Once you have synced your Garmin watch with Apple Health, you will then be able to sync the OurPath app with Apple Health.

5. Sync your wireless/bluetooth scales 

If your scales can be synced with Apple Health, you will be able to sync Apple Health with the OurPath app.
