If you signed up for the OurPath Tech programme, you will have been able to choose to receive an activity tracker as part of your package.
Before syncing your activity tracker, please make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and you have enabled Location permissions for the OurPath app on your phone.
Once you have downloaded the OurPath app from either the App Store or Google Play, you can pair your activity tracker to your account by going to the 'Track' section of the app, selecting 'My devices' and then 'Pair new tracker'.
To sync the activity tracker, make sure you have the OurPath app open and Bluetooth turned on.
If your step count hasn't appeared on the app the following day, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this.
Step 1: Go into the 'Track' section, select 'My devices' and then 'Sync tracker'.
The syncing process can take up to 40secs, so make sure to keep the app open during that time.
If your activity tracker is not syncing:
Step 2: Go to the 'Track' section, select 'My devices' and then 'Pair new tracker'.
If the activity tracker is still not syncing, proceed with the following:
Step 3: Log out of your account and sign back in. Repeat Step 1 and 2.
Step 4: Delete the OurPath app from your phone and re-download it. You do not
need to worry about losing any data. All your information is saved to your account and will reappear once you download the app.
